DELIVERY

b8ta delivers to the United Arab Emirates.

b8ta will deliver your order to the address specified in your order.

Delivery charges will be indicated during your check out process, in your local currency.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the United Arab Emirates.

Estimated delivery times:

For the United Arab Emirates:

* 2 - 4 business days for regular deliveries.

* If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, customer support will contact you to reschedule.

* After two failed attempts to deliver to the address provided, your order will be cancelled.

The delivery time starts from the moment the order is placed.

b8ta will process your orders [Saturday through Thursday excluding Friday and public holidays].

*If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.

*You may exchange or receive a store credit within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. Items returned must be in the original complete retail packaging. 

 *A full refund will only be granted if the product is deemed faulty by the retailer. Refunds will only be applied to the original payment method. 

*If you paid with cash on delivery, you will need to visit the b8ta Dubai Mall store to have your return processed.

*Products can only be returned in the country which they were originally purchased.

*Rideable items (skateboards, scooters, bikes, mobility devices etc.) may only be returned in a new, unopened condition.

*The following products are not eligible for a return: Bathroom appliances (toothbrushes, electronic shavers etc.) Personal apparel items (underwear, bathing suits etc.) Electronic software downloads, service vouchers and subscriptions; other exclusions may apply.

*We reserve the right to refuse returns that show unreasonable wear, misuse or damage
